Hi my name is sonictheblur. so u guys will thick that's why my most creations are realated to sonic, well... that's kinda ture by the way. enjoy my tourtorial.
Step 1
as you can see here first out line the image as to his face here. u can use diferrent colour if u want like i did based on lighting. or as a 2D perler design u can abb black colour.
Step 2
as u can see the inner line is a different colour but as i said before u can use a 2D effect or as the lighting effect.
Step 3
i add the colour fawn to the skin. Actually i have no idea if the fawn coloured part is his skin or is it only the blue part I honestly can't tell
Step 4
Then i added the light blue perler to his skin ( idk if it is his skin or the fawn part). i only added that colour because this is classic sonic.
Step 5
i added different perlers (peach colored ones). u can do it any way and with any colour u want but one thing the darker part should be in the side where his nose is (to be clear).
Step 6
after that add some tiny details and then FINITO!!!!!!!!!!!!
