2003 Leonardo cuff

Cause I never see or can find cuffs for '03 TMNT lol. I didn't know what to do for the background so I just did black, I think it makes the colors pop well anyways and doesn't take away from the design :) feel free to switch to whatever color you want though obviously. Lowk so proud of this, it's so tuff
