Bokeh

A COTD cuff based on the Bokeh effect in photography! I converted an image to a pattern, but that felt like cheating, so I cleaned it up by reducing the amount of uncommon and unnecessary colors and making the shapes more defined. I added my own spin on it by adding a clear-and-glitter-bead frill, and the centers of the yellow parts are glowing beads! It's not an even pattern, so the frills will not line up properly if you decide to make this.
