Inky from Pac-Man (cyan/light blue ghost)
This is Inky. He is the smartest of the ghost-gang, although suffering from some minor brain damage( I have no idea where from). He, along with Pinky(pink ghost), tries to position himself in front of Pac-Man in an attempt to corner him. He is also commonly described as being “mischievous and immature as well as goofy”, With him often getting in fights with Pinky (pink ghost) and Blinky (red ghost).
