(my version of a) KANDI DOLL BASE!!

I'll make a better explanation/tutorial when I do my next annual check in but hopefully this is understandable, I tried to make this as self explanatory as possible. Use this to make any character you want! I made two different examples for heads and shirts, but you can edit them however.
