you have to make two of the pannel and sort of tew them together with them against eachoner so that it will make one hollow sheath. then use a ladder stitch to add a single line of beads on the side that the sharp edge would be on i trust you can figure this out then you need to get the thinnest PVC pipe you can find and flatten it with a heat gun. put the pvc inside to make it ridged if you want to add some string to hold it in place. I might make a handle + crossguard pattern but for the handle really just make a circle like you were making a normal multi stitch braclet but small just so that its tight around the pvc and build around to make the handle. and the crossguard can be done as a basic peyote stitch that you can just wrap around the bottom of the blade and i suggest using a ball pit ball as a pommel or just dont add one
