Static Miku charm!

Made this while I was at school. Not exactly sure how exactly to form it, but I have an idea until I can figure it out; Use an odd peyote to make the head, and the twintails/pigtails are made separately and stitched on. That might be how you do it? Again, I'll try to figure it out when I can :3
