Separate pieces can be put together using thread, yarn, or chain (I recommend chain such as those found on keychains). Make sure you make the thread (or whatever you use) long enough to allow the separate pieces to dangle freely so they can move. The top two pieces are the arms, below them are the feet, and at the bottom of the pattern is the tail (The white part is the tip, the other end is the part that you attach to the doll).
