Welcome to the Kandi Pad community! Our primary mission is to provide a dedicated platform for kandi pattern creation and discovery. The forum is here to supplement this mission by providing a space for kandi and kandi-adjacent discussions.
To ensure a safe, positive, and focused environment, please adhere to the following guidelines.

1. The "Kandi-First" Mission
- On-Topic Discussions: All posts must be relevant to kandi, crafting, or their adjacent communities.
- Miscellaneous Section: We provide a "Miscellaneous" section for broader chat, but it must remain positive and is subject to age restrictions.
- Focus: This forum is not for general life updates, venting, or non-kandi-related social media topics.
2. General Conduct
- Respect for Others: Treat all users with courtesy. Personal attacks, insults, or discriminatory language are strictly prohibited.
- No Hate Speech: Hate speech of any kind—including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and xenophobia—will result in an immediate ban.
- No Harassment: Stalking, cyberbullying, and threats are not tolerated.
- No Plagiarism: All content must be original. Do not post patterns, art, images, or any other material that you do not have the rights to.
- No Personal Information: For your safety, do not share full names, addresses, locations, or phone numbers.
3. Prohibited Content
To maintain a safe haven for all creators, the following topics are strictly prohibited. This restriction applies to all forum posts, comments, and any creative writing (such as song lyrics or poems) shared on the site.
Do not post or discuss:
- Self-Harm & Suicide: Any content depicting, discussing, or encouraging self-injury.
- Paraphilic & Problematic Topics: Including but not limited to MAP, Zoo, Necro, proshipping, darkshipping, shitposting or cult-related content.
- Sensitive Subjects: Including but not limited to politics, religion, or dating.
- Illegal Activity: Do not post or discuss any illegal acts.
- Spam & Unapproved Advertising: Excessive or irrelevant content is prohibited. While personal links (YouTube, Etsy, etc.) are allowed, Kandi Pad reserves the right to remove links deemed as spam.
4. Enforcement & Moderation
The Kandi Pad team, including Site Moderators and Pattern Quality Controllers (PQCs), monitors the site to ensure these rules are upheld.
- One-Warning Policy: Minor offenses will receive one formal warning.
- Bans: Repeat offenses or serious violations (such as hate speech, paraphilic content, or harassment) will result in an immediate ban.
- Moderator Discretion: Moderators have final say on what content is considered appropriate for the site.
5. Safety Outside Kandi Pad
Your safety is our priority. Be extra cautious when interacting with others on platforms outside of this site (such as video calls, social media, or other messaging apps). Please review our Off-Platform Safety Guidlines .
