How to make a square cuff! (2D)

This is a cuff which we believe we made up! Correct me if I'm wrong. This is a fairly simple creation, and should take 15 minutes at maximum!

Step 1

You will need: String ( I use fabric elastic cord) 64 beads, in whatever colours you like! Scissors

Step 2

Put 8 beads on to a string, and tie it off. MAKE SURE TO PULL IT AS TIGHT AS POSSIBLE. The tighter the string the better shape you can get

Step 3

Shuffle the beads to look like a square, and cut any excess off.

Step 4

Do this as many times as needed. I find for my wrist I need 8 squares total, but you can add or take away as many as needed!

Step 5

Cut a piece of string long enough to fit around your wrist (and some excess). Go through the top 3 beads of the square and pull it along.

Step 6

Do this with all of your squares, and tie it off. I reccommend to not tie it too tight so it's easier to get on & off, but tight enough so there's no gaps.

Step 7

Do the same as step 5, but on the parallel row of beads.

Step 8

Go throught every bottom row of each square, and tie it off. Cut any excess and your cuff is done!

Step 9

Woohoo!

Thank you for using my tutorial! I hope it makes sense, and any questions you can find me on the kandi pad server/discord @mattyp149. Also taking requests! Rave on! <3
