Hello! This is my first tutorial on here, so basically you're probably going to want to already know how to do a Peyote cuff in the way done in this, since I'm not good at explaining it without it being in person :[
Step 1
So you'll want a bunch of string, scissors, and 80 beads in the colors of your choice, I did rainbow. Set two of each color to the side (16 beads if you're not doing rainbow) Note: When doing the stitch, the looser you do it, the easier to squeeze. If you want some resistance, do your stitch tighter. You can do your stitch tightly on the ends, it shouldn't affect it
Step 2
String 16 beads onto your string and tie off. I put my string through the next bead (red in my case)
Step 3
This is where you start the peyote stitch, where you repeat what I have above all the way around (Go look at a tutorial for peyote stitch if you don't know how, I can't explain it well, like stated in the intro)
Step 4
Do that all the way around
Step 5
And keep going
Step 6
And keep going until your left with the 16 beads you set aside earlier
Step 7
Then continue the stitch, this time only doing every other bead. It should look like this
Step 8
Do another row, this time through the four beads you just put on. It should close like this
Step 9
Thread your string to the other side of the ball
Step 10
Repeat 6-8 on this side and tie off
Step 11
Cut off extra string and enjoy
